Six blends in one tablet.
A multivitamin only counts once it's absorbed. NutraGap pairs the vitamins, minerals and amino acids with the cultures that support your gut and the enzymes that break your food down — so they all arrive together.
13 vitamins
A, C, E, D3, K2 (MK-7), biotin and the full B-complex — most at 100% RDA per tablet.
8 minerals + 5 amino acids
Calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, chromium, iodine and more, with leucine, valine, lysine and glutamine.
Pre-probiotics
Five strains, up to 1 billion CFU each, with the prebiotic fibre they feed on.
Enzymes & metabolism
Papain, lipase and amylase, plus black pepper, pomegranate and ginger extracts.

Why NutraGap

A typical daily gives you the nutrients and leaves the rest to chance. NutraGap puts the parts that decide whether any of it lands — the gut cultures and the enzymes — into the same tablet, at no extra step.

How to take it
Three things, then forget
about it for a day.
One tablet, with food
Take one tablet with a meal at the same time each day, or as directed by a physician, dietitian or nutritionist.
Keep the bottle where you eat
Not in a drawer. The biggest reason a multivitamin stops working is that it stops being taken.
Give it a full bottle
Sixty tablets is two months. Judge it over weeks, not days — consistency is the whole point.
Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not recommended for children. Store in a cool, dark, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours, below 25°C, and close the container immediately after use.

When should I take it?
One tablet a day, with food, at the same time each day — or as directed by a physician, dietitian or nutritionist.
How long does one bottle last?
Sixty tablets, one a day — two months per bottle.
Does it contain any allergens?
Yes. The tablet contains lactose, and it's manufactured at a facility that also processes milk and soy derivatives. If you're allergic to any of those, this isn't the right product for you.
Is it vegetarian?
Yes — the green vegetarian mark is printed on the pack. It does contain lactose, so it isn't vegan.
Can my teenager take it?
No. This is an adult formula and is not recommended for children.
Can I take it alongside other supplements?
Often yes, but it depends what else you're taking. If you're already on a separate multivitamin, or on any medication, or you have an existing medical condition, speak to your doctor or dietitian before starting.
Why is the MRP ₹1,499 when Amazon shows less?
